Why You'll Love This Recipe
Cooking a whole turkey breast is easier than you may think! This bone-in turkey breast from Honeysuckle White comes frozen or fresh and it truly is the perfect option for feeding a smaller group!
Here are some more reasons why you're going to love this easy turkey breast recipe...
Great for small groups or holiday meals! Forget having to cook a whole bird...this smaller option is the easiest way to enjoy the flavors of a turkey dinner you love without the cooking time of a large turkey or even a whole chicken.
Each Honeysuckle White Bone-In Turkey Breast comes with a super convenient pop-up timer! No second guessing the cook time. When the roast turkey breast reaches the correct internal temperature, the timer will pop up! No dry meat here. However if you'd like to double check, insert a meat thermometer (use my favorite instant-read thermometer!) into the thickest part of the breast. As a general rule of thumb, you are looking for an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
No growth-promoting antibiotics! You can know you are making the best choice for your family when you choose a turkey from Honeysuckle White. Whether its a boneless turkey breast, turkey tenderloin, or a whole bird!
You still get the best parts of a turkey! With this whole breast option you still get the crispy skin of the turkey breast, delicious white meat, and if you're lucky you may even end up with some leftover turkey to use in more delicious recipes like a Leftover Turkey Lentil Soup or Turkey Pot Pie!
Roasting is a simple cooking process. It takes a quick marinade and takes less time than a traditional dry brine or wet brine. You could even use an oven bag for roasting if you like!
