- 3 lb Honeysuckle White Bone in Breast Turkey
- ⅓ cup dijon mustard
- ⅓ cup whole grain mustard
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Whisk together the mustards, salt, pepper, paprika, honey, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Place the turkey breast on a baking sheet and pat the bone in breast dry.
Evenly pour the marinade over the entire thing and cover with saran wrap or tin foil.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 425 degrees and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and continue cooking for another 35-45 mintues or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Remove from the oven and allow to set for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted veggies and enjoy.
