Slice up your favorite fruit and pour this jalapeño-lime dressing ALL over it for a refreshing kick to your salads.

1. First juice 3 limes into a dish
2. Whisk in agave syrup until combined

Ingredients

• ▢ 1 seedless watermelon sliced
• ▢ ¼ cup of lime juice
• ▢ ¼ cup mint leaves sliced
• ▢ 1 jalapeno sliced
• ▢ 2 tablespoons agave syrup
• ▢ pinch of sea salt

Instructions

• In a large dish add sliced or cubed watermelon.
• In a small mixing bowl combine the lime juice, mint leaves, jalapeno, and agave syrup. Whisk well to combine.
• After it's well combined, muddle the mint and jalapenos into the dressing using a wooden spoon.
• Pour the dressing over the watermelon and top with flaky sea salt.
