Trick For The Easiest Homemade Dip
Ok, so my secret ingredient here to really amp up the flavor is the Italian dressing powdered salad mix.

Absolutely! I would actually encourage it. For easy prep, make the dip and get it in the baking dish. Pop it in the oven 20 minutes before you need to serve it.

How Do I Store The Shrimp Dip?
Serve in an airtight Tupperware container and simply reheat in the microwave to enjoy it! This keeps well up to 5 days.

Hot Creamy Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shrimp peeled & deveined
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup corn
- 1 green bell pepper finely diced (reserve a few tablespoons for topping)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 packet powdered Italian dressing mix
- 4 green onions sliced
- crackers or veggies for serving
- 1 teaspoon salt if there is no salt in the Italian dressing mix
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered Italian dressing mix, salt and pepper, and whip together with a hand mixer.
- Add chopped shrimp, corn, bell pepper and cheese stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into a small baking dish.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and top with sliced green onion and leftover green bell pepper.
- Enjoy!
