BLT Chicken Salad is a creamy, healthy, low-carb alternative to a BLT Sandwich! It's easy to make and is Keto, Paleo, and can even be made whole 30 compliant.

Keto Chicken BLT Salad

  • rotisserie chicken (shredded or chopped) You could definitely use any leftover chicken breast you have as well!
  • iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes
  • turkey bacon
  • green onion
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • greek yogurt (or mayo to make whole 30 compliant!)
  • white cheddar cheese (omit for whole 30)

How To Make a Low Carb BLT Salad

  1. Cook 5-6 slices of turkey bacon according to package directions.
  2. Shred or chop your rotisserie chicken.
  3. Chop lettuce, tomato, onion, turkey bacon, and toss together in a bowl with the chicken.
  4. In a small mixing bowl combine Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss the salad with the dressing and enjoy.

Is This Healthy?

Yes! It's loaded with vegetables and lean protein so this salad is very healthy. The dressing is low fat because we are using greek yogurt too.

However what it has in healthy benefits it does not lack in flavor! You won't even miss the bun in this BLT Chicken Salad.

If you like this recipe you will love my BLT Stuffed Chicken Breast as well.

Can This Be Whole30 Compliant?

It sure can! Dairy of any kind is not permitted on whole30 so by leaving out the cheddar cheese and swapping in mayo for the greek yogurt, you can make this whole 30.
