– 2 cups cooked shrimp peeled & deveined
– 8 oz cream cheese softened
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup corn
– 1 green bell pepper finely diced (reserve a few tablespoons for topping)
– 2 cups shredded cheese
– 1 packet powdered Italian dressing mix
– 4 green onions sliced
– crackers or veggies for serving
– 1 tsp salt if there is no salt in the Italian dressing mix
– 1/2 tsp pepper
2. In a large mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered Italian dressing mix, salt and pepper, and whip together with a hand mixer.
