INGREDIENTS:

– 2 lbs of chicken wings – 1 teaspoon of salt – 1/2 teaspoon pepper – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 bunch of cilantro – 3 green onions – 2 cloves of garlic – 1 tablespoon cumin – 2 tsp salt – pinch of red pepper flakes – 1/3 cup red wine vinegar – 1/2 cup olive oil

1.  First make the chimmichurri by roughly chopping the cilantro, green onion, and garlic.

2.  Add cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, red pepper, and vinegar into the food processor.

3.  Pulse until everything is chopped and well combined.

4.  Turn on the food processor and stream in the olive oil until a sauce has formed.

5.  Set aside and prep the chicken wings.

6.  Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

7.  Start by preheating the air fryer basket by turning it on 350 degrees for 2 minutes.

8.  After the 2 minutes is up, place a few of the chicken wings in the basket. Don't crowd them!

9.  Cook at 350 for 15 minutes.

10.  After 15 minutes, flip the chicken wings over and turn the heat to 425 for the last 5 minutes.

11.  Serve with the chimmichurri sauce or your favorite wing sauce.
