INGREDIENTS:

– One 14oz can of jackfruit in brine I get mine at Trader Joes – 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce – 1/4 cup greek yogurt – 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch – Cilantro and green onion for garnish

1.  In a large pan add 1/4 cup of water and the chunks of jackfruit.
