Cilantro Chimmichurri
A delicious and healthy sauce with a tangy bite to it. It is perfect for grilled meats and vegetables. Keep it in the fridge all week long and enjoy!

- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 3 green onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon salt
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Roughly chop all ingredients.
Place all ingredients except for the olive oil into the food processor.
Pulse until everything is chopped and well combined.
Turn on the food processor and stream in the olive oil until a sauce has formed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 7 days.
