Blistered Tomatoes
Delicious 10 minute tomato recipe served with creamy burrata and fresh, fragrant basil leaves.

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 5 basil leaves thinly sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a cast iron skillet over high heat, heat the olive oil.
Add the cherry tomatoes and just let them sit.
Let sit for 4-5 minutes then give them a stir for an additional 1 minute.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add the burrata to the center of a serving dish and pour the tomatoes around it.
Top with sliced basil and an additional pinch of salt and pepper.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired.
