Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 jigger

Ingredients

  • 4 oz passion fruit juice
  • 6 oz vodka or gin
  • 1.5 oz lime juice
  • ½ oz agave syrup
  • Prosecco
  • Seeds of 1 ripe passion fruit
  • edible flowers optional for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker with ice combine all ingredients except the prosecco.
  • Shake well for 30 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
  • Top with prosecco and garnish with half a passion fruit and edible flowers

Notes

PRO TIP: Find the wrinkly passion fruits! They may not looks stunning, but we need ripe passion fruit for this recipe. The unripe ones are too sour. So, look for ones that are dark purple and have wrinkly skin!
Chill all your martini glasses beforehand. Martinis are best enjoyed ice-cold.
Strain out the passion fruit seeds. Trust me, you'll get all the delicious flavor of the ripe passion fruit without the crunch in your martini.
