Marinated Italian Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon peppe

Instructions

  • Cut all cherry tomatoes in half
  • Place in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Pour the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Italian seasoning over the top and toss.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes up to overnight.
  • Enjoy topped with shaved parmesan cheese.
