Easy Beef Kofta Recipe - 30 Minute Meal!

Beef kofta is one of my favorite 30 minute dinners to make! Its ground beef mixed with onions, spices, and parsley then grilled to perfection! It's a traditional Lebanese dish that will become a staple in your home!

Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 grill or grill pan

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion finely diced
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon dry mint
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients using your hands.
  • Form the beef mixture into football shapes that are about 1 inch thick.
  • To bake, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake on a foil lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, flipping the burgers halfway through the cooking time.
  • To grill, preheat the grill to medium high heat and grill the kofta for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with yogurt, pita, and fresh veggies!
