Easy Beef Kofta Recipe - 30 Minute Meal!
Beef kofta is one of my favorite 30 minute dinners to make! Its ground beef mixed with onions, spices, and parsley then grilled to perfection! It's a traditional Lebanese dish that will become a staple in your home!

1 mixing bowl
1 grill or grill pan
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion finely diced
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon dry mint
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients using your hands.
Form the beef mixture into football shapes that are about 1 inch thick.
To bake, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake on a foil lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, flipping the burgers halfway through the cooking time.
To grill, preheat the grill to medium high heat and grill the kofta for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve with yogurt, pita, and fresh veggies!
