Easy Baked Tomato Tarts with Puff Pastry

- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 roma tomato
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- pinch of pepper
- fresh herbs for garnish: basil oregano, thyme

In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Slice the tomato and sprinkle them with salt and pepper
Roll out the pastry and slice into 6 rectangles
Spread the cheese onto each pastry and top with the salted tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil
Bake according to the puff pastry package instructions.
