– 3-4 chicken breasts – 1 cup chicken stock – 1 can crushed pineapple – 1/4 cup soy sauce – 1 bell pepper, diced – 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water – 2 tsp salt – 1 tsp pepper – green onions sesame seeds, cilantro, and pickled red onion for garnish – Kings Hawaiian buns if you want to turn this into sliders or serve over brown rice

1. In a crock pot add the crushed pineapple, chicken stock, soy sauce, salt, pepper, bell pepper and chicken breasts.
