Marinated Mozzarella  Pearls

simple infused olive oil covers mozzarella pearls for a delicious and easy appetizer.

good olive oil mozzarella pearls lemon pepper salt fresh rosemary 

Drain the mozzarella from the water it comes in. Place the pearls in a mason jar and sprinkle with lemon pepper.

Cover the mozzarella with olive oil and a generous pinch of salt. Stick a few sprigs of rosemary in the mason jar and close the lid.

Store in the fridge until ready to use.  TIP: The olive oil will get solid when refrigerated. Remove the jar about 10-15 minutes prior to serving so the olive oil can come to room temperature.
