– baby red potatoes – salt and pepper – olive oil – shredded cheddar cheese – turkey bacon – green onion – cilantro – your favorite barbecue sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Drizzle baby red potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Roast for 20 minutes until very tender. 4. Take a potato smasher or the back of a wooden spoon and smash the potatoes flat. 5. Top with toppings and enjoy!
