Apple Pie Granola

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • wooden spoon
  • Baking Sheet
  • mason jar

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 apples chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup more to taste!
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  • Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 10-15 minutes .
  • Let it cool down and enjoy!

Notes

No worries if you are missing an ingredient. Substitute with whatever nuts or grains you may have in the pantry!
