Equipment

  • baking dish or tart pan
  • mixing bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Nutsola cherry max could sub in 5 dates, 1/2 cup dried cherries, 2 cups pretzels
  • 1/2 package instant cheesecake prepared according to package
  • 1 pack cherry jello
  • 1/2 cup cherries for garnish
  • 1 cup pretzels crushed

Instructions

  • prepare the nutsola according to the package and press into baking dish. OR pulse your dried cherries, dates, and pretzels until fine. Mix with 2 tablespoons water and press into dish.
  • Bake at 275 for 45
  • Top the cooled tart shell with the cheesecake mix.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour
  • Prepare jello according to package and carefully pour over tart.
  • freeze 1 hour. Serve!
