Cherry Pretzel Tart
an updated twist on the classic strawberry pretzel jello salad
Servings: 10 slices
baking dish or tart pan
- 1 bag Nutsola cherry max could sub in 5 dates, ½ cup dried cherries, 2 cups pretzels
- ½ package instant cheesecake prepared according to package
- 1 pack cherry jello
- ½ cup cherries for garnish
- 1 cup pretzels crushed
prepare the nutsola according to the package and press into baking dish. OR pulse your dried cherries, dates, and pretzels until fine. Mix with 2 tablespoons water and press into dish.
Bake at 275 for 45
Top the cooled tart shell with the cheesecake mix.
Refrigerate 1 hour
Prepare jello according to package and carefully pour over tart.
freeze 1 hour. Serve!
