Pretzel Pepita Power Bar

  • 8 oz dark chocolate chips. I like these!
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder This is mine!
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels or chocolate covered pretzels
  • ¼ cup pepitas roasted pumpkin seeds!
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds


  • In a microwave safe bowl add in the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds until melted.
  • Stir in protein powder, oats, and flax seed.
  • Pour into a greased 8x8 pan
  • Sprinkle the top with pretzels, pepitas, and chia seeds.
  • Gently press down until they stick into the chocolate
  • Pop it into the refrigerator to firm up for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!
