Pretzel Pepita Power Bar

Ingredients
8
oz
dark chocolate chips. I like these!

cup
oats
1
scoop of your favorite protein powder
This is mine!

tablespoons
ground flax seed
1
tablespoon
coconut oil
2
cups
crushed pretzels or chocolate covered pretzels
¼
cup
pepitas
roasted pumpkin seeds!

tablespoons
chia seeds
Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl add in the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds until melted.
Stir in protein powder, oats, and flax seed.
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan
Sprinkle the top with pretzels, pepitas, and chia seeds.
Gently press down until they stick into the chocolate
Pop it into the refrigerator to firm up for 30 minutes.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
