BLT Chicken Salad
Light and healthy BLT Salad made with chopped chicken and your favorite BLT toppings. Tossed together in a creamy yogurt dressing.

- 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded or chopped You could definitely use any leftover chicken breast you have as well!
- 5 cups iceberg or romaine lettuce
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 5-6 slices turkey bacon
- 3 green onions
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup greek yogurt or mayo to make whole 30 compliant!
- ½ cup white cheddar cheese omit for whole 30
Cook 5-6 slices of turkey bacon according to package directions.
Shred or chop your rotisserie chicken.
Chop lettuce, tomato, onion, turkey bacon, and toss together in a bowl with the chicken.
In a small mixing bowl combine Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss the salad with the dressing and enjoy.
