Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted salted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles
  • 1 cup of Nutsola granola mix or sub in 4 chopped dates
  • 3 tablespoons of your favorite protein powder

Instructions

  • In a food processor blend cashews until they form cashew butter, 3-5 minutes
  • Add in vanilla, honey, Nutsola mix, sprinkles, and protein powder
  • pulse a few times until combined
  • Using a small cookie scoop, scoop 24 balls and roll them to form perfectly round protein bites
  • Enjoy!
