Ingredients

  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • ¼ butternut squash cubed and roasted
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 5-6 slices of prosciutto torn up
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup green olives
  • 4 tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Chop up your spinach and add it to a large salad bowl
  • top with goat cheese crumbles, squash, walnuts, proscuitto, and olives.
  • Wait until serving time to dress the salad with the Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Enjoy!
