- 4 oz Goat Cheese
- 1/4 butternut squash cubed and roasted
- 1 bag of spinach
- 5-6 slices of prosciutto torn up
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup green olives
- 4 tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette
Chop up your spinach and add it to a large salad bowl
top with goat cheese crumbles, squash, walnuts, proscuitto, and olives.
Wait until serving time to dress the salad with the Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette
