Spinach Artichoke Chicken Salad
A delicious and easy-to-prep chicken salad with spinach and artichokes.

- 1 chicken breast chopped
- 4 oz marinated artichokes
- 2 cups finely chopped spinach
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Enjoy as a salad for lunch or on crackers for a snack!
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
This is also good heated in the microwave and wrapped in pita bread!
