Cranberry Pistachio Granola

Homemade granola with pistachios, cranberry, and dark chocolate chunks!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 1 cup cashew halves
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for the chocolate.
  • Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool down and stir in the chocolate chunks.
  • Enjoy!
