Zesty Tray Bake Salmon and Asparagus

- 2 lb whole salmon filet
- 1 bunch asparagus
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
To a sheet tray add your whole salmon filet and place the asparagus around it.
Spray with cooking spray or olive oil.
Season the salmon and the asparagus with the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill, and capers.
Bake the salmon and asparagus for 17 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes then slice the salmon and serve with asparagus.
