Cut the salmon filets into 1 inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
Toss the salmon cubes with the salt, pepper, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and olive oil.
Preheat your air fryer at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes.
In batches, place the salmon cubes in the basket of the air fryer and at 400 degrees, cook the salmon for 7-8 minutes.
While those cook, in a large mixing bowl, whisk the teriyaki sauce by combining the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lime juice, ginger paste, garlic powder, and water.
Add the cooked salmon bites to the teriyaki sauce and carefully stir the salmon to coat in the sauce.
To the rice, add the basil, cilantro, and green onion and stir.
Serve over the herbed rice topped with edamame, sliced green onions, sliced avocado, sliced cucumber and the teriyaki salmon.
Finish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
