Drain the artichoke hearts and lay them out on a paper towel.
Pat them dry.
In a small bowl combine parmesan cheese, panko, and Italian seasoning. Toss well.
Take each artichoke heart and toss it in the panko mixture until it's nicely covered.
Place in the basket of an air fryer, keep in mind you may need to do this in batches.
Spray with olive oil and air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
While these cook, in a small bowl combine the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic then whisk well.
Serve the crispy artichoke hearts drizzled with the aioli and enjoy!
