EASY Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts with Garlic Aioli

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of artichoke hearts in water
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • cup mayo
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Drain the artichoke hearts and lay them out on a paper towel.
  • Pat them dry.
  • In a small bowl combine parmesan cheese, panko, and Italian seasoning. Toss well.
  • Take each artichoke heart and toss it in the panko mixture until it's nicely covered.
  • Place in the basket of an air fryer, keep in mind you may need to do this in batches.
  • Spray with olive oil and air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • While these cook, in a small bowl combine the mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic then whisk well.
  • Serve the crispy artichoke hearts drizzled with the aioli and enjoy!
