Homemade Bourbon Cream

A delicious and luscious homemade bourbon cream with notes of vanilla, caramel, and a rich creamy texture. Naturally sweetened with agave, this version is super easy to make at home and have on hand for incredible cocktails.

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • cup Bourbon

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse 3 times.
  • Pour into air tight jar and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Notes

Tips on serving:
  • Serve it neat.
  • Use chilled shot glasses for it. 
  • Pour bourbon cream over ice cubes in a rocks glass. Stir a bit of bourbon cream into your hot chocolate.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. It would be great served along side this Hot Cocoa Dip!
