Hot Creamy Shrimp Dip
Cheesy and creamy dip loaded with shrimp that is baked to perfection and topped with fresh green onion! It's a low-carb dip option full of protein.

- 2 cups cooked shrimp peeled & deveined
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup corn
- 1 green bell pepper finely diced (reserve a few tablespoons for topping)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 packet powdered Italian dressing mix
- 4 green onions sliced
- crackers or veggies for serving
- 1 teaspoon salt if there is no salt in the Italian dressing mix
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered Italian dressing mix, salt and pepper, and whip together with a hand mixer.
Add chopped shrimp, corn, bell pepper and cheese stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a small baking dish.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
Remove from the oven and top with sliced green onion and leftover green bell pepper.
