Coconut Shrimp with Dipping Sauce

ingredients 

coconut cream shrimp salt and pepper panko  shredded coconut lime juice sour cream pineapple juice 

combine all sauce ingredients and whisk, place in the fridge

Dredge the shrimp in coconut cream, Panko, and shredded coconut 

place in the air fryer basket, in small batches 

Air fry at 400 for 6 minutes.
