Poblano Sauce with Salmon

Salmon Pepper jack cheese Poblano pepper Greek yogurt Garlic Shallot Salt and Pepper Cumin Chili Powder Garlic Powder  Cilantro Salsa

Season the salmon with the spice mixture 

Cook 7-10 minutes on each side in a skillet 

In the same skillet, sauté the shallot and poblano pepper

In a food processor blend the peppers, shallot, cilantro, cheese, and greek yogurt

Blend well!

Top the salmon with the poblano sauce and salsa.
