Low Carb Stuffing

Almond flour used in this stuffing creates a low-carb option. It's also got sausage, pecans, and tons of herbs.

Cook Time: 30 Min

almond flour salt and pepper eggs chicken stock 

Remove turkey sausage from casing and brown in a skillet. Add in onion, celery, cranberries, poultry seasoning, pecans, salt, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the almond flour and 2 whisked eggs. Place the skillet in the oven for 25 minutes.  If it begins to dry out, add a splash of chicken stock. 

Broil for the last 3 minutes of cooking. Remove and top with extra pecans and fresh sage.
