How To Pan Sear Flank Steak
white kitchen red wine
flank steak soy sauce salt and pepper cast iron skillet
salt and pepper both sides of the steak and place on screaming hot skillet
cook for 5-6 minutes, flip and pour soy sauce on the steak
Cook until your desired doneness - I like medium-rare!
remove, let rest 10 minutes and slice against the grain
enjoy sliced in fajitas or over a salad!
