MAIN INGREDIENT

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 zucchini thinly sliced – 2 bags Ava Organics Black Pepper Garlic Coconut Crispy Rollers – 1 tsp salt – 1 egg whisked – Coconut oil cooking spray or avocado oil

1. Thinly slice your zucchini

2. Crush your Ava Organics Coconut Rollers or put them in a food processor and pulse.

3. In a shallow dish, add your whisked egg. In a second shallow dish place the crushed Ava Organics Coconut Crispy Rollers mixed with salt.

4. Take each zucchini round and dip in the egg then coat in the Coconut Crispy Rollers.

5. Repeat until all are done. Air fry in batches at 375 for 10 minutes OR Bake at 375 for 10 minutes flipping them over half way through cooking.

6. Serve in a bowl with your favorite dipping sauce! Sriracha mayo would be awesome!
