Black Bean Nacho Burgers

– Black beans – Quinoa – Cumin – Chili Powder – Salt and pepper – Oregano – Brioche buns – Cashew queso – Lettuce – Pico de Gallo

add beans, quinoa, and the spices to a food processor.

blend until everything is well combined. 

form into patties and cook over medium high for 3-5 minutes on each side

assemble the burgers with lettuce, queso, and pico de Gallo
