it's suggested that a toddler consumes 3.5 to 5 servings of 1/4-1/2 cup of veggies per day. I know for a FACT on most days in my house this doesn't happen.
I can combine about 1/2 of her daily fruits and vegetables into one single drink and she's none the wiser.
The trick I've found is that there is a delicate balance between the sometimes not so fun veggies and the oh-so-sweet fruits.
