This is where blended smoothie drinks come into play! They can be passed off as ice cream, they have beautiful colors that may be intriguing to children, and you can hide SO MUCH in a pink drink.

it's suggested that a toddler consumes 3.5 to 5 servings of ¼-1/2 cup of veggies per day. I know for a FACT on most days in my house this doesn't happen.
I can combine about ½ of her daily fruits and vegetables into one single drink and she's none the wiser.
The trick I've found is that there is a delicate balance between the sometimes not so fun veggies and the oh-so-sweet fruits.
